"The organization I work for has been a long standing customer for many years. It is for that reason I called them when faced with frozen pipes earlier this week. However the individuals sent to address my concerns were not the regular plumbers that are usually sent. After hours of wasting time and resources, I was told, I would have to wait for my pipes to thaw. After what was a horrible experience, we followed up with the plumber they usually send. He came and like a knight in shining armor addressed all our concerns. I leave this bad review not for the services rendered by my normal plumber but for the owner who felt it appropriate to charge $7K and was completely unwavering when I explained how the initial team dispatched had done nothing but try to use a space heater to thaw the pipes. Providing a break on the invoice would have shown responsibility for the workers that did nothing! It would have also reaffirmed the working relationship. Obviously the invoice will be paid but our organization will definitely call someone else, anyone else next time something occurs. Stay clear of Rotundo unless you like over paying for services."

"Rotundo installed water heater after few years it started leaking (thy charge $700 and then again after 2 months it leaks again we call them and they charge $500. Still same problem leaking I called them and they said we canot do anything u call another company. After reciving $1200 for the service eventually they canot do anything and suggesting me for someone else."

"Decided to replace one of the toilets in the house and contacted Rotundo Plumbing and asked if they still purchase, deliver and install toilets. I called and spoke to Ashley, who was very professional and helpful, and she made the necessary arrangements. The appointment was made and I was very happy that the plumber arrived early. He was professional and did a great job. I am a big fan of Rotundo Plumbing!"

"I contacted Rotundo Plumbing on Thanksgiving morning for a clogged kitchen drain. I was told they were available but would be$400 per hour. The plumber was in my home for 22 minutes, snaked the pipe 35 feet and cleared the drain. The bill was $673.00. I reached out to the owner, David Rotundo, to inquire about the charge and if he felt that was a fair price. He responded saying they usually charge a two hour minimum- $800++. He felt he saved me money. Will not ever use this company again."
